Every Chutak Binak piece is made by hand, and we want you to be happy with what arrives. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

The window

Email chutakbinak@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We can't accept requests made after 14 days.

What we accept

• Size exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.
• Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact, refunded as store credit.
• Damaged or defective items. Photograph the item and its packaging and email us within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or issue store credit, and we cover the cost.

What we can't accept

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original tags and packaging
• Custom or made-to-measure pieces, unless they arrive damaged or defective
• Requests made more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded as store credit, issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. Store credit doesn't expire and can be used on any future order at chutakbinak.com. We don't refund to the original payment method except where required by law.

Return shipping

• India: return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• International: return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Duties and taxes were already included in your order price, so you pay no duties on delivery.

Please contact us before sending anything back — returns shipped without prior confirmation can't be processed.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for full store credit any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but it may qualify for an exchange or return under the terms above.

Damaged on arrival

If a package looks tampered with or damaged at the moment of delivery, refuse it and contact us the same day.

Customs and duties (international orders)

Import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout for the countries we ship to, so you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a parcel is refused or can't be delivered, please contact us before sending anything back.
