Domestic Shipping (India)
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000; a flat shipping fee applies on orders below that. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Free shipping is available on international orders above ₹7,000; below that, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country on arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total at checkout. We recommend checking your country's customs policy before ordering.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control — if your order is taking longer than expected, email chutakbinak@gmail.com with your order number.
